We are looking for 50 waiters and waitresses for International Catering Company For the Formula One Grand Prix in Baku.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in hospitality industry ( better with studies related on it)
- Passion for customer service
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- High quality standards and attention to detail
- Ability to work hard and independently
- Active listening and effective communication competencies with guests and staff
- Good physical condition
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good English skills (they will work in an international environment so they need to communicate in English most of the time).
- 18 years and over (max 30)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
- Greet customers and present menu
- Deliver beverages and food in a timely manner
- Make menu recommendations or share additional information upon request
- Check-in with guests to ensure that everything is going well
- Arrange table settings and maintain tables clean and tidy
- Working closely with all serving and kitchen staff
WORK SCHEDULE:
Working days: Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th of June.
Working Hours: 12 hours per day, included 2 breaks with meal allowances
