Responsibilities:
- Implement credit policies and procedures according to best debt collection practices and local legislation.
- Debtor portfolio monitoring.
- Recruit, hire, train, evaluate and develop staff members within the collections department.
- Hands on approach in daily collection operations, monitoring and control.
- Set tactics, goals, objectives, KPI-s and the measures.
- Interaction and close cooperation with collection agencies (pre-trial and judicial collection).
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of work experience in debt collection.
- More than 1 year experience in a managerial position.
- Knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices and processes.
- Experience in cooperation with Debt Collection Agencies.
- Good analytical and argumentation skills.
- Proficient user of Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working in a call center.
- Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian languages, English will be considered as a plus.
