Requirements:
- University degree in Linguistics or Russian Philology:
- Minimum 5 years of work experience, preferably in higher education environment;
- Fluency in Russian language;
- Having expert knowledge in subject area and expertise in language assessment;
- Skilled in developing and implementing new methods of language assessment process;
- Computer, internet and database literate;
- Having strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Having time-management skills to successfully coordinate interviews:
Responsibilities:
- Lead interview with applicants for convenient, affordable and reliable assessment of Russian language skills;
- Measure language proficiency of nonnative Russian speakers;
- Expertly assess candidates with consistency and evaluate their knowledge of Russian language;
- Follow the standards set by the center and contribute to the ongoing development;
- Assume responsibility for maintaining the integrity of the interview and ensure a fair procedure;
- Adhere to the policies and procedures to produce accurate evaluation reports;
- Maintain confidentiality and security in all aspects;
- Perform other duties as assigned;
