Job Description:
- Overseeing day-to-day business activities
- Manages schedule, calendar and meetings for the CEO
- Manages and prepares documents including meeting agendas, presentation materials, and recap meeting notes
- Maintains standards of strict confidentiality with respect to all matters and documents.
- Complete other administrative duties.
Requirements:
- High education
- 2+ years of experience
- Excellent and professional phone skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions and change course of action quickly
- Detail oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Strong people skills, including the ability to work effectively with other executives, assistants, and staff at all levels
- Exceptional organizational and follow-thru skills with the ability to work on many projects simultaneously
- Effective communicator, both verbally and written (Azeri, Russian-fluent, English intermediate level preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
