Requirements:
- Successful work experience related to managing business processes and managing people from 3 years on positions: operational manager, regional manager, HR director, managing director, country manager.
- The desire to grow professionally and achieve meaningful results.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian languages, oral and written literacy.
- Higher education (management, economics, enterprise management, etc.).
- Duty and responsibility, teamwork, openness and honesty.
Duties
- Operational management of the business processes of the branch and ensuring their implementation.
- Monitoring the implementation of employees. corporate standards and discipline
- Control over documentation and internal reporting.
- The decision of administrative, legal and financial issues of the office.
- Monitoring the execution of the budget of the representative office, optimizing costs.
- Participation in the construction of business processes together with a team of central organizations.
- Work on team building, maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere in the team.
