“Rayda Tour Operator” LLC, operating in Azerbaijan tourism market since 2010, with on hand business experience in CIS market, is looking for a creative, task oriented Marketing manager, who can be a good contribution to the business being a team player.
The candidate should have business mindset, on hand experience in marketing tools, and will have unique opportunity to work in a geographically diversified organization and realize himself.
Responsibilities
- Working on implementation of company’s national & international marketing strategy
- Channel based marketing involvement: Outgoing, MICE, Incoming, Corporate
- Responsible for company branding & PR
- Responsible for all marketing communications: SMM, Joint activities, partnerships, promotions
- Taking part in business related national and international events, B2B meetings, representing company profile
- Responsible for product development in business channels: Outgoing, MICE, Incoming
- Research work in terms of new markets entry & local needs
- Social activity in terms of participating in local & international events, being part of communities & clubs, promoting company products
- Support in FAM trip, exhibition & event organization
- Investigate & find new networking opportunities for corporate sales
- Enhance the team to overperform and extend the borders of possibilities
- Monthly reporting to company director on the KPI achievement and future plans
Professional requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing position at least 2 years
- Certifications & achievements in marketing are considered
- Ability to work in Powerpoint, Adobe, Photoshop is an advantage
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Command of English (intermediate), Russian and Azeri languages
- References from the previous employment needed
