“Rayda Tour Operator” LLC, operating in Azerbaijan tourism market since 2010, with on hand business experience in CIS market, is looking for a qualified Incoming Business Development Specialist to join our fast growing team. Candidate’s main duty is to attract new partners and clients to increase sales of the company’s incoming travel products and services, in the defined regions

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices in tourism and/or hospitality sector.

Ultimately, s/he should be able to contribute in creating and maintaining very good partnership and customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales operations.


  • Work on quarterly & yearly sales plan achievement in incoming business
  • Regulars business calls, metings, mails with partners
  • DATA based approach & conduct researches of new martkets & partners
  • Conduct oral and written communications
  • Process incoming queries, requests and orders
  • Keep the suppliers’ rates updated and renegotiate on case-by-case basis
  • Maintain invoicing and chase payments from partners/clients as well as handle the suppliers’ due bills
  • Participate in international events to develop sales channel
  • Promote FAM trips and participate accordingly
  • Prepare and submit reports on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis


  • At least 1 year experience in the similar position
  • Higher education (bachelor)
  • Good knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian, intermediate English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident user of PC, Internet, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel etc.,)
  • Capable user of office equipment (fax, printer, scanner)
  • Knowledge of business ethics
  • Open for often business trips
