Position Info:
- Work Location: Offshore
- Position Schedule: ASAP, 1 year (renewable)
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Higher education
- Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar position offshore within Oil and gas industry
- Knowledge of Languages: English (fluent), Azerbaijani (fluent)
Other Skills/Certificates Required:
- Knowledge of local HSE legislation and main important international standards on HSE
- management system (e.g. ISO 14001 ISO 45001);
- Definition, knowledge, understanding and application of HSE procedures and Project requirements for all project phases;
- Able to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization;
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner;
- Good planning and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide necessary support to ensure the correct development, management and improvement of the safety Management
- System;
- Assist the Project engineering and management teams in the Risk Management process (i.e. HAZOP, HAZID, Hazard and Effect Management Process, Risk Assessment, etc.);
- Plan, define and supervise safety procedures at project and construction level;
- Update and spread safety rules, both at the organizational and employees level;
- Conduct internal safety audits;
- Ensure that knowledge of authorization regulations and processes for the safety of plants and sites is updated and disseminated;
- Participate in pre-construction survey, identify safety criticalities and design mitigation measures;
- Take part in accident / incident investigation;
- Participate in HSE Risk Management and Occupational Safety Risk Assessment;
- Fully adhere, at all times and irrespective of the work place, to Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) policies, procedures and requirements;
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Superior within his/her technical capabilities
