“Rayda Tour Operator” LLC, operating in Azerbaijan tourism market since 2010, with on hand business experience in CIS market, is looking for a Junior Human Recources Specialist to join the team and push the boundaries further.
The ideal candidate will be a person with high productivity, husten so success, able to build positive environment in the team, and lead people to success
The candidate should experience in human recources, able to deal employees psychology and motivation
The goal is to recruit new team members, involve them in to business process together with current team, to ensure the company is constantly moving towards fulfilling its short-term and long-term objectives and does not diverge from its strategic guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment of new staff
- Coordinate new staff adaptation process
- Preparre & implement quarterly & yearly team activities plans & implement them
- Prepare employee job descriptions, probation period & assessment documentation with full coordination
- Taking part in business related national and international events, B2B meetings, representing company profile
- Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top to down in the company and that they are followed at all times
- Ensure team members are in line with company mission, vision & values
- React to team member cases to reward performance, prevent issues and resolve problems
- Support team members in their personal growth & KPI achievement
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company growth
- Enhance the team to overperform and extend the borders of possibilities
- Monthly reporting to company director on the KPI achievement and future plans
Requirements:
- Proven experience as human recources specialist with at least 2 years experience
- Demonstrable experience in recruitment
- Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Command of English (intermediate), Russian and Azeri languages
- 28+ years old
- References from the previous employment needed
