HR Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Develop unique recruiting strategies to fill high priority roles;
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/social medias;
- Conducting phone calls or meetings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates;
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule and maintaining a database on employees for future vacancies;
- Networking with various institutions;
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices;
- Revising HR policies and ensuring that fair employment practices are implemented.
- Create and maintain accurate, up to date recruiting metric reporting for all levels of management;
- Perform all personnel administration related activities (hiring, termination, promotion, position changes, replacement, etc.) according to the Azerbaijan Labor Code;
- Process employment records and related amendments in E-Government System;
- Preparation and submission of a Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reports to the head;
- Manage Work/Residence Permit process for Expatriate personnel assigned to Azerbaijan;
HR Recruiter Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or another related field, MBA is preferable;
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a recruiting specialist with a track record of employee placement;
- Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: proficient Azeri, English and Russian;
- Strong knowledge of labor code;
- The ability to work within a team and to coordinate team activities;
- Excellent analytical skills to examine resumes and find the best-suited candidates;
- Clear verbal skills to communicate well with candidates and managers;
- Proficient writing skills to produce reports on hiring analyses;
- Strong negotiation skills when discussing terms and conditions of employment;
- In-depth knowledge of hiring strategies, labor laws, and employment equity.
