Job Description:
- Coordination and Freight management in all modes of transportations and handling of Inquiries on DAP and DDP terms arriving to GYD from clients and agents, Handling of RFQs related to GFF and Multimodal transportation , responsible for quotations and submission per the approvals and authorizations from management.
- Maintaining, , and following departmental SOPS related to acknowledgment of Inquires , selection of carriers and routings , rate calculations , submission of Quotation , registration of booked Job files in theegister and ERP system , maintenance of Job Files as per the check list and company requirements .
- Closing of jobs files in ERP as well as in hard copy to be maintained as per the SOPs and guidelines.
- Coordination of Inbound and outbound shipments to and from Azerbaijan , as per the terms of transportation with all necessary booking confirmation documents , BO , Contracts , agreements .
- Works in freight forwarding ’department along with team performing day-to-day work and coordinating various activities to ensure high level of customer services;
- Evaluate and select the best rates from agents for preparing best Quotations in forwarding as per different modes of transportations.
- Receiving customer orders, RFQs, analyzing them; selecting of best possible modes, careers, , connection, routings and possibilities and according calculation of rates for the same .
- Timely follow up of all submitted quotations for possible revisions or re-submissions as per the clients requirements
- Customer relations management, getting feedback from the customers about our services rates and possible improvements.
- Handle coordination of shipments to and from Azerbaijan, maintain record of agents, Airports of entries.
- Keeps record of Overseas shipment to Azerbaijan, Maintain database of agents.
- Maintaining and submitting of status reports of completed and in process job files 2 times a month.
- Keeps confidentiality of the company records as per the company requirements.
- Statistical Reports of activities to be submitted to management every 15 days.
Requirements:
- Min 2- 3 years’ experience in Removals and relocation Industry .
- Knowledge of all modes of transportation and documentation of each .
- Awareness of documentations in all modes of transportation services.
- General awareness and Knowledge of Azerbaijan Customs Procedures .
- General awareness of TQM , HSE , Logistics, packaging , hazardous materials.
- Excellent computer and administration skills. (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
- Excellent Language Skills : (English /Azeri /Russian ) written and spoken.
- Education : Higher Education .
Working conditions:
- Working hours: 09:00-18:00.
