Key Responsibilities:
- Determine go-to-market approaches and structures;
- Contributing to both the long-term vision and strategy and managing daily operations
- Making regular customer visits to closely follow the expectations of customers and the market
- Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate financial, operational and technical solutions
- Communicate strongly with banks, e-commerce providers and merchants and to plan business processes with them.
- Analyzing competitors’ products in terms of positioning, features and account acquisition strategies and contributing to the determination of company strategy accordingly.
- Conduct and enable regular business reviews and resource planning;
- Create and manage operational processes such as target setting, forecasting, and budgeting;
Qualifications:
- Being proactive and customer oriented.
- Payment systems, online technology sales (website sales) or sales experience in retail banking are preferred.
- Passionate about the payments/FinTech industry and willing to deepen their knowledge;
- Knowledge of e-commerce trends and payment systems
- Demonstrated passion for start-ups and new technology businesses
- Business-minded and strategic mindset
- Previous experience in the payment or banking industry
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Ability to build relationships with strategic clients and industry thought leaders
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and build great relationships with highly technical customers
- Advanced knowledge of the English and Russian language
- Knowing technology concepts very well, developing customer needs and positioning the right products and solutions
- Customer-oriented, strong communication, business tactics and planning competence
