Tour Manager
Travel company is looking for an incoming Tour Manger who is responsible for organizing,planing and promoting tours for groups or individuals.The incoming Tour Manger is reqiuredto confirm reservations,deal with all managers and suppliers,be intheprocess of organizing the incomingtours to end.
Responsibilities:
• Create travel itineraries and packages in Azerbaijan;
• Undestand client specifications and suggest suitable holiday packages or relevant service;
• Mnage suppliers and effectively communicate with them,make contarcts with suppliers;
• Responsible for regular mailings to the Company,sclient base;
• Create special offers for advertisemant;
• Work in the Company website;
Required Qualifications:
• Higher education;
• At least 1 years of experience in incoming tourism and working at a travel agency;
• Good knowledge of Azerbaijani,Russian and English languages;
• Component level of computer skills;
• Ability to work with a team;
• Ability to solve problems;
• Ability to travel;
