QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Management departments
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in similar positions in white goods and/or small domestic appliances companies
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- No restriction for traveling and staying for a long/short time abroad,
- Thinking broadly about business
- Able to work in a team
- Eager to learn
- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas
- Using MS Office in advance level
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible from product marketing strategy development
- Analyze market performance of Company products portfolio, monitor competitive activities, regularly execute pricing monitoring; prepare regular performance reports and other reports upon management requests
- Forecast the demand for products under responsibility together with analysts
- Develop budget plan for trade activities based on marketing plan; control expenses against budget, produce periodical reports
- Plan, execute and monitor promotional programs in key clients; develop presentational material and supporting data in coordination with related departments
- Develop plans for product launching and phasing-out
- Communicating with teams in Turkey, staying in-line with HQ team and updating local teams (sales and marketing)
- Preparing product/price lists, feature information and necessary product documentation for local teams
Other responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent cross-functional collaboration with other departments
- Stay in touch with the market by doing regular field visits
- Control accurate and timely trade activities executions in clients’ channels
