QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or management departments
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar positions in white goods and/or small domestic appliances companies
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- No restriction for traveling and staying for a long/short time abroad,
- Thinking broadly about business
- Able to work in a team
- Eager to learn
- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas
- Using MS Office in advance level
Key Responsibilities:
- Organization work with couple of organized retail chains such as Soliton, Texnomart, Baku Electronics etc. analysis, assortment matrix, input / output / rotation, pricing, receivables
- Negotiating terms of cooperation with these retailers
- Preparation and holding of a negotiation company, interaction with decision makers
- Control of contractual obligations (performance evaluation, compliance with conditions, return of receivables)
- Development of selected product categories, analyze of promo actions/prices of competitors and other chains
- Fulfill the sales plan for the client, increase the in-house share
- Preparation of analytical reports
- Promo plan 3-month period in advance
- Initiating of activities for increase sales
- Planning, forecasting (sell in/sell out/stock/WOS): PSI
- Collaboration with other departments in the company
Other responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent cross-functional collaboration with other departments
- Stay in touch with the market by doing regular field visits
- Control accurate and timely trade activities executions in clients’ channels
