Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master degree in telecommunication, information technology or engineering
- Fluent English, Russian and Turkish.
- 5+ years of relevant experience of telco networks
- 3G, 4G/LTE networks experience
- Wireless broadband networks experience
- CCNA, CCNP and equivalent certificates preferred
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
- Strong solution oriented mindset and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Ability to learn effectively and quickly
- Willingness to visit customer premises
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring efficient delivery of telco grade products and solutions, presentations, PoC, demos to customers
- Ensuring solution architecture is ‘right first time’ and meets contracted compliance levels
- Reviewing and validating engineering requirements against product capabilities
- Ensuring hardware, software and firmware versions are identified for solution
- Providing customers with a variety of support services, including but not limited to providing remote and on-site operation support when needed
- Providing technical support activities such as configuration support, network element deployment support, maintenance release and software update and on-site training
