Position Info:
- Work Location: Baku Office
- Position Schedule: ASAP, 1 year (extendable)
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Higher
- Work Experience: Proven experience as HR officer / HR administrator or other HR positions;
- Languages: Azerbaijani (fluent), English (fluent), Russian as an advantage (fluent)
Other skills/Certificates Required:
- Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development etc.;
- Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures;
- Knowledge of personnel administration and procedures for local and seconded employees;
- Ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner;
- Strong Azerbaijani & English language;
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude;
- Strong ethics and reliability;
- Proficiency in MS Office including MS Outlook, Excel, Access etc.;
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of job descriptions, liaising with the project functions for defining the requirements and selection criteria, creating vacancy announcements / interfacing with recruitment agencies, performing background checks;
- Creating slots for registration of new personnel (local and expatriate personnel) in e-gov system as well for position / work location changes;
- Assist with contractual formalities including preparation of Task Descriptions, collecting signatures, filing etc.;
- Update and maintain Personnel List;
- Collecting and filing the pre-mobilisation documents of new personnel;
- Update and maintain the internal database of CV’s, pool of potentially suitable profiles;
- Archive paper and electronic documentation as required;
- Prepare the applicants profile packages for security clearance. Update recruitment registers, tracking lists and document database as applicable;
- Support Recruitment Team in daily administration activities;
- Fully adhere, at all times and irrespective of the workplace, to Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) policies, procedures and requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Superior.
