Job Description:
- Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
- Establish Sales networks for easy movement of products in the market.
- Identify, recruit and bring on board new retail chains, wholesale and distributors
- Coordinating the activities of the sales representatives in various regions and ensuring they are meeting and exceeding the set targets.
- Conduct regular business review and planning meetings with top and emerging customers
- Develop and maintain the new customers
- Formulate and implement promotional activities
- Enlarge product sales market and achieve expected sales targets
- Conduct marketing intelligence and advise on competitor’s activities
- Constant communication and interaction with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to customers
- Attending management meetings and doing presentations
- Deliver customer presentations and attend sales and management meetings
- Assist in marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities
- Identifying and establishing contact with potential customers proactively.
- Making weekly Customer Visit with Subordinates (Sales Persons) to lead them at side
- Follow up Key accounts to achieve monthly sales targets assigned.
- Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing customers.
- Delivering presentations of the company products in the business.
