POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to directly managing partner in the office, The Sales Manager will be responsible for the maintenance and development of business relationships between our client’s local and international customers. The Sales Manager will be responsible for the sales and promotion of our client’s products within Azerbaijan.

The position holder is expected to:

  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients;
  • Answering daily calls about the sale, making interests by phone and invite potential clients to the office;
  • Having consultative and value selling skills;
  • Sensing and discovering sales potential;
  • He/she has his/her own sales target;
  • Following and behaving properly to company’s sales procedures;
  • To prepare the required weekly and monthly reports;
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate managers;
  • Prepare status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals;
  • Prepare the necessary documents for the orders;
  • Setting budgets, targets and timelines;
  • Finding out what an organization needs and working with a team (executive boards) to plan proposals and pricing;
  • Negotiating with customers and building positive relationships and continue this positive relationship even after the sale;
  • Identifying new methods and opportunities for sales campaigns
  • Forecasting sales targets and making sure they’re met;
  • Order control at all stages;
  • Preparation of commercial offers;
  • Prompt solution of emerging issues with clients;
  • Analysis of market capacity, competitors, their prices and assortment;
  • Definition of new markets and new consumers of products;
  • Training on product properties, the basics of labor protection legislation, promotion and presentation techniques;

  • Participation in exhibitions and meetings;

 

Candidate Profile: 

  • University graduation related field;
  • Having 2-3 years of working experience;
  • Having advance Russian, English is preferred;
  • Good usage of MS Office programs;
  • Experience on CRM is preferred;
  • Good sale skills and can direct the clients;
  • No limits to travel inside and outside of the country;
  • Having sales and marketing training is preferred;
