Description:
- Conducting orientation training for new employees in projects and monitoring their adaptation process
- Conducts benefits orientations and oversees annual benefits open enrollment process.
- Calculating employee turnover and analyzing its direct and indirect reasons
- Solving employee conflicts regarding supervision and organization
- Identifying training needs of employees and preparing training plans
- Implementing other HR practices within the company
- Preparing required Reports
- Updating databases
- Creating policies, procedures and codex according to company philosophy and monitoring their implementation
- Preparing compensation strategy according to conducted job analysis and job evaluation
- Coordination work with partner Companies and Governmental Bodies
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master degree in HR or Business Administration and/or equivalent level of experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills required
- Computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel and Email) is required
- Well organized and detail oriented with an ability to multitask
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of general HR practices are required
