  • Conducting orientation training for new employees in projects and monitoring their adaptation process
  • Conducts benefits orientations and oversees annual benefits open enrollment process.
  • Calculating employee turnover and analyzing its direct and indirect reasons
  • Solving employee conflicts regarding supervision and organization
  • Identifying training needs of employees and preparing training plans
  • Implementing other HR practices within the company
  • Preparing required Reports
  • Updating databases
  • Creating policies, procedures and codex according to company philosophy and monitoring their implementation
  • Preparing compensation strategy according to conducted job analysis and job evaluation
  • Coordination work with partner Companies and Governmental Bodies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in HR or Business Administration and/or equivalent level of experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills required
  • Computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel and Email) is required
  • Well organized and detail oriented with an ability to multitask
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of general HR practices are required
